Ignite Solution will meet up with the clients to establish what their needs & requirements. This helps map the client’s need vis-à-vis the search criteria. Once all information is gathered and assessed, the search process begins. Depending on variables like Domain experience, job skills and industry, a search activity is put into process through a combination of databank, industry recruitment, referrals, Head Hunting & advertisements.
We believe in recruiting professionals through focused skill search in order to meet the specific needs of clients. Although we do maintain a structured database , the conventional model of sourcing may prove futile considering the fast movement of professionals in this field.
STEP – 1: INDEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF CLIENT’S COMPANY
Prior to conducting a search for the client, the executives of the SIGMA SOLUTION conduct a detailed profile survey of the client company to gain the specific information needed for the search. They gain an in depth understanding of client company’s culture, structure, vision and policies.
STEP – 2: PREPARATION OF POSITION’S JOB DESCRIPTION
From the detailed profile survey of client company’s hiring needs, the executives prepare a well-written job description that defines duties, requirements and responsibilities of the position and provide the job description to the client company for approval.
STEP – 3: CANDIDATE SEARCH
The executives, at this to stage, develop and implement a search plan to identify potentially qualified candidates. They conduct this search utilizing many sourcing tools and techniques and then provide the HR Department of the client company with initial details of each prospective candidates working together, they still narrow down the search to the top candidates, contact them and determine their interest in the position. STEP – 4: CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT

STEP – 5: FINAL SELECTION
In this stage, face-to-face interviews with client’s HR Department are arranged. An employment offer is made, pre-hire employment negotiations are conducted and final terms of agreement are determined, defined and communicated.
